Paul Cowles
Senior Pastor

Pastor Cowles grew up in Fellsmere, Florida. When he was eight years old he accepted Christ as his personal Savior, and was baptized. In 1985 he surrendered to the call of Gospel Ministry and was licensed. He was ordained in 1987. He previously pastored New Union Baptist Church in Eastman, Georgia and Gresston Baptist Church in Dodge County.
He has an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Indian River Community College, Fort Pierce, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Religion from Charleston Southern University, formerly Baptist College of Charleston. He pursued graduate studies at Luther Rice Seminary, Atlanta and completed his Master of Divinity Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newburg, IN. in 2003.
Cowles is a certified FAITH Sunday School Evangelism Strategy trainer, a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and a Trustee of the Georgia Baptist Children's Homes and Family Ministries, Inc.. Bro. Paul is married to the former Ann McDaniel and they have two daughters, Lauren and Hannah.

Dwight Green

Bro. Dwight has served Friendship since July 2000. He is a native of Clayton, Alabama and is married to the former Linda Hamilton of Mobile. Dwight and Linda have two boys, Patrick and Christopher.
Baptized in 1970 at Evergreen Baptist Church in Clayton, Alabama. He surrendered to the call to the gospel ministry in 1976 and was ordained by the Clayton Baptist Church in Clayton, AL in 1988. He is a graduate of Louisville (AL) High School, Troy University (Bachelor Music Education, 1983), and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Master Religious Education, 1987).
He is a certified FAITH Sunday School Evangelism Strategy trainer. He is an active member of the Sons of Jubal, Georgia Baptist Men's choir. Dwight has served churches in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Georgia.

Kevin Bradford
Minister of Youth and Activities

Bro. Kevin, a native of Ashland, Alabama, has served at Friendship since October 2008. He married the love of his life, the former Anya Burt of Searcy, Arkansas, in September 2008.
Kevin accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized when he was twelve years old. He surrendered to the call of gospel ministry and was licensed in 2000. Kevin was ordained by Rocky Cross Baptist Church in Middlesex, NC in 2008.
Kevin graduated from Clay County High School (Ashland, AL) where after he attended the University of South Alabama for a year before transferring to Samford University (Homewood, AL). At Samford, Kevin earned a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies. He then pursued graduate studies at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, NC) where he received a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Biblical Counseling.
Kevin loves spending time with his wife Anya, hanging out with the youth, playing sports (tennis, basketball, football, softball, ultimate frisbee), watching sports, Auburn Tigers sports, traveling, and just having a good time!

Jenny earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Master of Arts in Christian Education and Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Her ministry experience from 1993 to the present includes service as a Director of Children's Ministries, North American Mission Board Summer Missionary, Director of Music Ministries, Director of Family Ministries and a Director of Student Ministries. Jenny was saved and baptized as a child. She has an unmistakable call from God in ministry.
Jenny and Lee (her husband) are both native Georgians. Lee is a Science Teacher at Perry High School and also a Swim Coach. They have two children, Daniel and Rebecca.

Brenda McAlpin, Office Manager/Financial Secretary

Brenda joined our staff in April 2005. She has been a church secretary since 1990.
She is married to David McAlpin and they have two children, Jonathan and Tracey. They are members of Sandy Valley Baptist Church, Warner Robins.

Bonnie joined our team in September 2008. She is a student at Georgia Military College. She has previously worked at Cornerstone Baptist Church as secretary and as file clerk with Toyota of Warner Robins. Bonnie is a sign language teacher, loves to sing and is a ventriloquist.

Jessica Atkinson
Child Care Coordinator

In November of 2009, Jessica began as our Child Care Coordinator. Previously, she worked in our Child Care since July of 2008. A graduate of Health Tech Of Middle Ga in 2006, with a license in Phlebotomy and ECG Tech. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid. She has been working with children since she was in High School.
She took Early Childhood Development and was with the class of 2001 who started the childcare program at Houston County High School. " Little Bear Preschool," Where she spent two years working with children. Jessica also has experience working with special needs children. She worked as a substitute for "Little Learning Depot" at Shirley Hills Baptist Church and at Andrew's Methodist Preschool at Andrew's United Methodist Church. Jessica as well has three children of her own that are growing up in the Friendship ministry.
