When an individual or family prays and God gives direction to place membership at Friendship, this happens with purpose. God has a plan for you here. It is the responsibility of every member to actively pursue his or her part in this Body. Every member is to participate, protect, and provide for the ministries of Friendship. You participate by seeking out the gifts and talents that God has given you and how you can use these to expand His kingdom through Friendship. Secondly, you are to do all to protect the integrity of God's work through Friendship. This means living a life of reflection of Christ out in front of others and to protect against any gossip that might hurt the Body. This includes honoring God by the giving of you tithes and offerings for the expanding of the Kingdom of God.

How is Friendship involved in the community?
God has specifically placed us in this part of central Georgia. We know that we have a responsibility to be an active part in our community. Many of our members are involved in service either through the Disaster Relief Ministry or maybe participating in the local Christian Social Ministry feeding the hungry and homeless. Friendship is also involved with the women's shelter and nursing homes that reaches out to those in need. At Friendship, we believe that it is vital for every member to be involved in building relationships with their neighbors, work associates, and class mates. It is also vital for us to make sure that we have adequate staff leadership to provide support of the vision God has given Friendship. We believe God has placed us in a position to truly make an impact in our community; however,to do so we must establish a discipleship process that will help people draw near to God, experience the saving grace of our Lord Jesus, and become equipped to go on to maturity and become a reproducing believer of Jesus.
